Want a flexible system to grow with your process? Look no further! You can process a wide variety of products through our system by regulating the VFD and other mechanical adjustments within the machine.
Our main shaft bearings are on the outside of the processing chamber. The motor is mounted on the side of the machine along with the belt assembly. Most wear parts are found at your local hardware store or available from our service department.
The Turbo Separator is successful at processing liquid milk to dry cereals or powders. We have a built in manifold for adding liquid at different parts of the chamber if desired.
We have 3 machine sizes that offer from 5 to 20 ton per hour in true processing speed and power. Perfect for waste reclamation services, we can handle tea packets to 5-gallon plastic pails all with the Turbo Separator.
Our Turbo Separator is marveled by our customers as one of the most rugged pieces of equipment they own. We test and use only the best materials that will ensure high uptime and years of use. Available in both carbon and stainless steel.
We have built and shipped more than 7000 pieces of equipment for industrial processing of powders, slurries, pastes, and liquids. Our engineering, drafting, manufacturing, and test lab facilities are located just outside Minneapolis, Minnesota.

With nearly 200 Turbo Separator systems sold worldwide since 1995, we have experience in de-packaging organic food products and conveying the separated products to holding containers via drag conveyors, screw conveyors, and/or liquid organics pumps.  Our systems are all proudly manufactured in the heartland of the USA.

Can I test my products before purchase?

Yes you can!  We have a test lab with actual production models that are able to process all types of materials designed for the Turbo Separator. Just give us a call or fill out the form on the contact us page to give our material recovery facility equipment a try.


We designed the Turbo Separator to be very easy to maintain and to replace wear parts.  From the outboard bearings, angled motor mounts, replaceable graphite packing seals- we have you covered.  Most of the parts you can source at your local industrial supply house.  We know that you don’t want to be held hostage with proprietary parts.

Our systems are so reliable and simple that we rarely send a service technician out on a call. Seriously.  Most of the issues that our customers encounter can be resolved either over the phone or with a part(s) replacement.  We stand behind every piece of equipment that leaves our facility for the serviceable life of that equipment.  We will repair or replace non-wear parts up to 1 year from shipment to end-user.

We warranty our Turbo Separator for one year from shipment to end-user.  We cover the frame, main shaft, bearing assembly, main gear, motor, and VFD & control panel (when supplied).  We do not cover the replacement cost of screens, paddles, or belt.  We do expect these items however to have a long working life within most conditions.
